ok...so at my work there's a really nice guy that everyone likes and i just found out he has a crush on me. then the other day he started asking me out to the movies and stuff and i would absolutely love to except im 17 a nd hes 24 and i dont know if it would be worth the risk. OH by the way my dad is our boss. and the last thing i want is for him to find out im going out with one of his employees whos over 20. i mean i actually really do like him but, Should i risk it?

If you do, just make sure he doesn't try to lay his hands on you. just because he's 7 yrs. older than you doesn't mean he has the right to hurt you in any physically means. and since your dad is the boss, becareful, and try to keep your relationship on the down low. So basically you should risk it. and if the relationship carries on for about a month or more, or it starts to get serious, i think your father has the right to know. But then again it's your decision, so you can tell him when the time is right for the both of you.

You dont even have to tell your dad, until your sure you really like the guy. No use making a fuss over one date. Love doesnt happen without a risk!
