pootietang answered Monday February 26 2007, 10:25 pm: Water replaces high calorie drinks, such as sodas and flavored coffee. It also goes right through your body: you drink it and it comes out about an hour later.
Daimeera answered Monday February 26 2007, 10:14 pm: Chances are, those people are getting more exercise and need more hydration.
Also, water keeps you feeling full and sometimes when you feel hungry, you're actually just thirsty. Many people also substitute it for high calorie juices and artificial drinks. [ Daimeera's advice column | Ask Daimeera A Question ]
lilmissblondiex3 answered Monday February 26 2007, 9:48 pm: hey! people who want to lose weight drink water because it flushes out your body. Notice when you drink more water you have to pee more. And your pee is yellowish. and water is white. therefor your pee obviously isn't just water. It's also carrying out more nutrients and unwanted fat calories in your body. That's also why people who don't drink enough water, tend to later become overweight.
hope i helped!
