would running up and down stairs repeatedly be good exercise? how long should i go for? & how many calories would that burn?

there, its shows you how you can like run up stairs, but like in a different way, and it works.

That's my preferred cardio exercise. I use the Stairmaster a whole lot. Typically I do it for a half hour- comes out to around 105 floors and 450 cals.

It would definately be a good excersize, as long as you don't fall. A good investment would be a stairstepper machine if you don't want to risk falling, or want to multitask. They are small and can be used anywhere. And the next time you need to excersize but need to see the next episode of House, pull out that machine and start stepping.

yes and make sure you do for atleast 5 min. and its really good when your legs start to burn kinda. i dont know how many calries that would burn but you could always buy one of those things that tell you how much calories you lost.
