bloomingdales, nordtorms, & saks are the bestt.
get skinny jeans, you can wear then in the winter with uggs or any other boot and in the spring with flats. leggings are also very versitile and look cute with almost anything.
babydoll tops are also a personal favorite of mine. if you want them cheap go to forever 21.
and dont forget to accesorize! a cute bag or the right jewlery can really make an oufit.,

Skinny jeans are really in and I LOVE THEM! They're especially great with flats, heels, chucks, sweater boots (crochet uggs), and other boots. Also, sun dressed with tights and flip flops or slingback sandals are really cute and are even greater worn with cute accessories like a long chain and maybe some drop down earrings.
Oh yeah-Hot Topic has great accessories, shoes...the whole shabang! :)

Long sleeved sweaters/hoodies that come up to your waist or thighs.
If you are wearing a skirt you can wear leggings with boots.

you can get a lot from abercrombie and hollister. you could buy anything there w/o worrying about it looking fashionable. if you don't want that kind of look, but something thats more unique, delia's is great. what's really in is an alternative look: plastic jewelery, leggings, big sweaters, etc.
and just so you know, skinny jeans are on the way out. for someone who's really serious about fashion, theyre completely out. i guess you could still wear them, but...
and you have to be very careful shopping at department stores. you can get a lot of really tacky clothes there.
you should stay away from old navy and the gap. sometimes you can find cute things there, but if youre not sure whats in and whats out, id just stay away.

definately check out abercrombie. they have some really cute tops there. i just got a pair of skinny jeans there, and they're so comfy, and look amazing. also, try department stores, such as Nordstrom, or Bloomingdales, where you can find a variety of different brands. The biggest thing now is skinny jeans. Look at companies such as true religion, it!, abercrombie, tractor, and hollister. Also, look for some cute spring tops, with bright colors. Free People is selling a lot of those, so is juicy.
