dia answered Thursday February 22 2007, 1:35 pm: well, i have a step mahine that when you walk/ step on it, the feet parts twist so that it tones your hips/waist too.
this should work for it...if you are able to buy one if you dont already have a step machine.
mine want expensive at all.
and itll tone your legs as well :)
