try using neutral tones, such as browns, pinks, tans, ect. these will look natural and definately bring out your eyes. ]
I have this problem too.
Covergirl makes an eyeshadow that comes in a trio compact. It has a white color, a light brown, and a darker brown.
Apply the white color onto the entire eyelid. The light brown goes on the bone right under your eyebrow to highlight it. The dark brown in the crease. Use some good mascara and a little eyeliner on the bottom of your eye and it will make your eyes appear a little bigger. ]
bronze or some other shade of brown eyeshadow, just on the lids, so you can only see it when you blink. &maybe just a tiny bit peeking out.
and a little black eyeliner in the corners looks really cute too. if you have really dark eyes, then the black eyeliner brings them out. ]
Mascara and a light light brown (if yu want to show with allittle sparkles) for eyeshadow but sometimes eye liner doesn't look good on some asian people but you can try it.
-hope that helps
