i'm trying to loose weight by not eating. im not going anarexic but im just like eat a LOT less.. how long is it going to take for me to be VISIBLY skinnier?

Well it all depends on your metabolism and all how fast you will loose weight, but by not eating, your metabolism will slow and you will loose some weight because your not eating, but once you start to eat basically anything, you will pack on the pounds again because your metabolism is so slow. I suggest small, frequent, healthy meals throughout the day. This will boost your metabolism and keep you from feeling like your starving yourself.

its going to take longer than you think... in the first few days you will be able to tell.. just like if you get sick once your better you can see results. then you will start gaining weight again because your matabolism with crash.

instead of eating alot less try eating the same amount (or decent portions) but break it down into smaller/more meals a day.

crash diets are only good for people who need to lose quick weight fast (like for prom) but plan on going back to eating like themselves


also i would plan on bringing extra exercise into your life

Ok sorry, but that is the stupidest way to loose weight. You could be become anerexic in time. Plus its just not healthy. Also, you will start to seriously crave foods like chocolate. What you need to do is just eat healthy and exercise. Cut back on junk foods && stuff like that. It really depends on what kind of exercises you do && stuff to start being able to see your progress. All I can tell you is it wont happen in a week, or a day. I know that probably wasnt what you wanted to hear but sorry. Inbox me if you have anymore questions.

Honey.. this will not make you skinny! Even if it does you will make yourself sick!

If you want to loose weight, do it the right way!

Take a walk, do some excercise! Eat healthier! It really not that hard! If you are determined to loose weight you will do it!

Let me tell you something to make you understand the way starving yourself works..

When you eat you digest your food. When your hungry and don't eat anything your body eats your fats so you may eventually loose some weight!

BUT when you do eat something, because your body is so hungry it wont digest all your food and instead of your body digesting some it will keep all the fats of the food in your body so you wont starve! This eventually leads you to putting more weight on!

The only way you would get around it is if you don't eat at all.. this means death!

--DO NOT CONTINUE THIS--

There are MUCH more healthy and better ways to loose wieght effectivly and keep it off. Not eating will cause you to loose weight, but it will also cause youre body to start to die.

When you dont have enought nutrients going into your body, it starts to eat itself and everything in your body gets weakened thus making you more susceptible to illness and such.

If you continue this and do loose weight, then eat normally, then you will gain the weight right back.

Continuing this STUPID wieght loss thing creates a large chance of becomming anorexic or bulemic, and is, well...STUPID.

Talk to me about better wieght loss options, or be nice to MikeCFT and he might give you some exellent advice.

Either way, EAT FOOD.
