who here plays volleyball??? well does your spandex sometimes rid up your butt?
it does to me!
well i know that theres this stuff called "tuf skin" and its for gymnasts to make their leotards not rid up... is there anything like that for spandex?
if not... what can i do to prevent my spandex from riding up?
another question-
do you wear underwear under your spandex???
one of my friends (who plays volleyball) told me that she doens't wear underwear under her spandex and she just wears a panyliner.. unless she has her period.

Yes, wear underwear with your spandex. When i played, i wore a thong because i don't like pantylines showing but underwear is fine too. <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]

Well I never really had a problem with them riding up me butt, mine were so tight & clingy they couldnt go anywhere, lol. So I dont what to tell you about your first question, but about your 2nd question, yes I always wear underwear with my spandex. If you do you have panty lines but if you dont they could ride up, like you said before, and show too much. && sometimes they are so tight they show stuff through them.... you know what I mean? So ya everyone I knew always wore underwear under them.... including me. [ linzbaby's advice column | Ask linzbaby A Question ]
