Until you're 14 you're stuck doing odd jobs. If you're lucky you can bus tables. Babysit, mow lawns, wash the neighbor's car, clean windows, recycle cans.
Once you turn 14 you can get a work permit from your school and work anywhere that's willing to hire you.. McDonalds, local diner, grocery store, etc.

seriously, the only thing you can do is--
BabySitting like CRAZY
Moeing lawns;Rakeing leaves, Shoveling.
Getting a job at where a family member knows the boss/ is the boss,this way they can trust you and you'd get money.
And lastly, Around your area; if theres a coffe shop that hires.
Oh and also if you somehow get discovered;but thats rare. Keep your grades up so you can get a Scholorship,and when your 14 There's a lot more job openings. I know you don't want to hear this,but thats really all you can do :(. Good luck !
