font change

Question Posted Wednesday February 14 2007, 4:22 pm

On piczo whne you type they give you some choices of font. Well, they suck. And there's this code something like <font="">
If I type in fiolex girls in there will it actually work? if it does, will only I see it and everyone who comes to that page sees a diff font since it's from my computer and they don't have that font??

uisforukelele answered Wednesday February 14 2007, 7:30 pm:
it's actually: Type whatever you want here it will work for your computer, but since probably nobody has that font on their computers, it will show up as times new roman or arial (default). it's best to stick with a generic microsoft font when doing webpages so that most people will be able to view that font.

It's
font text
Be sure to use "quotes" around the font name. You should use only default windows fonts. If you use any other font, it will default to times new roman for anyone who doesn't have that font on their computer.
