What can I do to get slimer thighs in the upper area? I'm skinney but I got a lot of fat in my upper leg I could say because if I walk in my underwear or in anything I can feel that fat in my legs jiggling! Here's a picture of an example of the legs I want (any example would do like celebs that don't have fat in their legs) and I don't have a webcam or scanner or anything so I tried my best at drawing my leg. Anything about ugly knees either? I sit down a lot so my knee is really ugly looking but it's mostly from school, you can't say I want a chair and other students can't get one or it would be unfair.

this is a pretty good website if your looking for specific exercises. but running and jump roping definitly work if you keep it up every day. good luck! [ dannisaysso's advice column | Ask dannisaysso A Question ]
runawayxlove answered Wednesday February 14 2007, 5:22 pm: hey, just do some leglifts to improve your legs. everyone is suppose to have some type of fat on them. fat is actually muscle some of the time. as for ugly knees, theres nothing you can do. just learn to love what you have! peebles7 answered Wednesday February 14 2007, 4:34 pm: i wouldn't obsess that much, everyone has fat on the back of their thighs. jumping, running up and down stairs, skipping, etc all helps the back of the legs. also, when you sit in school, cross your legs so your knees don't get bruised, you can't really do anything else about "ugly knees" [ peebles7's advice column | Ask peebles7 A Question ]
