Well i always say oh my god or jesus christ when i'm mad and after finding out that it's disrespectful I don't knwo what to say when i'm mad like if I hold it all in I will go CRAZY mentally and have a mental break down. I need something to say when i'm mad and don't say oh my gosh because GOSH is like being girly or saying it when you're shocked so i wouldn't say oh my GOSH when im mad

If your not of the Christian faith im sorry, but I am a big time Christian and saying Jesus Christ's name in vain is disrepectful! but there are other phrases out there that are fun to say and not in any means disresectful like... "Oh snap" or "Snapskies" or you can make something up i do it all the time!
