you told me to run for 2 and a half hours on a tredmill and you said i would see results in a day.
i don't have a tredmill, so would the eliptical give the same results in the same amount of time.

the what ? eliptical.. you confused me after you said that :) that's geometry and stuff. Try getting a membership at a gym, and if you dont want a membership, a gym usually gives you a free trial like two weeks free. If you cant do that then you can see the same results by running outside with a lot of layers on for the same time. The key is sweating. The more you sweat the more you'll lose. Jumproping is really good. Also, something that is fun (too me anyway) is dancing. Blast the radio and go in a wide open room, maybe the basement or something and just dance. Or you can get one of those steppers. Its like a stool, exactly like a stool, but for exercise. You step on and off, on and off. You'll get pumped with the radio and you get used to it after a while and the results can be amazing. Dont try the diet pills and starving for 3 weeks. That's unhealthy. Everything I just said is the healthy and normal way that will keep the weight gone (not saying forever). If you do it the unhealthy way, then as soon as you eat a hamburger, that weight will come bouncing right back to your a**. Lol, you know what I'm saying?
