It might be best for you to cut out junk food all together if once you start eating it you cant really stop. Another good solution is to just not have it around in the house. You cant junk out if theres not junk food there.

Yes, junkfood is tasty. But you only need a little dose of it. And only eat if your hungry, NOT for pleasure. Say is your bored, read a book instead of eating. And if you are hungry and just need a little snack, try a granola bar or an apple. It will make you feel a whole lot better!

Take it from a girl that LOVES candy, ice cream, cookies etc... You learn to balance this out. Don't be mad at yourself for eating junk food because that stresses you out and thats not good for your body. Eat well, and enjoy your junk food but keep it to a minimum. If you know a party is coming up and there will be lots of junk food there, cut down on sweets a few days before then, and pig out at the party. Remember eating some junk food once in a while doesnt hurt. And you said you exercise- that's great!! You have nothing to worry about! P.S Just stay away from FATTY foods (with Trans Fat) No No Good =)
