You can call a guy the same thing they call a girl. Sexy, hot, cute, gorgeous, .. and handsome but for some reason not a lot of guys like to be called handsome. The way you can resond to what they call you is just by saying thanks and giving them a compliment as well.

You can call them cute, handsome, gorgeous, good looking, hot, studly/a stud. (lol.) There's nothing wrong with calling a guy any of that. I think you're okay as long as you don't call a guy "Pretty" or "Beautiful."
If a guy calls you hot or sexy, you can simply say, "Thanks." Or you can say thanks with confidence, by saying, "Thanks, I know." Or you can act like you don't know and say in a flirty voice, "I am?" And if you think the guy is cute, try saying, "Thanks, you're pretty cute yourself." =]
