A Loofah is basically a scratchy sponge that you can scrub your body with. It helps to take off dead skin and dirt and prevents pimples from forming. You can buy one with a long handle to reach your back also. Also buy a bodywash with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide in it. You can also get nice body scrubs, too, like cocoa scented scrubs. Try to wear loose shirts because loose shirts allow your skin to breathe and prevent break outs. You may also want to buy an acne gel or cream to help treat pimples. I sugguest BenzaClin. It is amazing! You can ask about it at your doctor's because you will need a prescription. Most of the cost for it will be covered by your insurance if you have insurance.
