I've used the make up and loved it. Especially the eyeshadow. The black/grey/white combo is my favorite for smokey eyes! I didn't like the foundation though.
As for the hair products, I've never owned them, but I bought a little hair care set from there for 3 of my friends for christmas, and I used one's to try it out. While they all love it, I don't think its anything special. I prefer stuff I get from my salon

i use victoria's secret lip gloss, blush, mascara and eyeliner and i think they are great... especially the blush - the color is really awesome. <3
