So I know its illegal to have sex with someone over 28 if you are a minor... no big deal, we both are very strict about the wait till you aare married thing and i will not let my guard down. my quaetion is, is it still illegal if we date and i am a minor and he is 18 but we do not have sex or anything?

no, it's not illegal to date. Also, it is illegal for a 18 year old to have sex with a 17 year old(or 16 have sex with 15, depending on where you live).

yeah i had the same problem and i heard that anyone over 19 dateing a minor is illegal but after u turn 18 or 19 its legal
