Open the box and take out one pad.

Unwrap ir/take it out of the wraping.

Then take the peel off of the tape.

If it has wings- take the peel of the wings too.

Then, place the pad on your underwear down the middle, if it has wings then wrap the wings around the underwear where you put the pad. (you put the pad on the strip between where you butt and vagina is and the wings around that.)

The person below me has the directions on how to use the pad correctly; however, you CANNOT get TSS from pads since they are worn outside of the body. You can get TSS from leaving a tampon in for too long.

koolkid54 answered Sunday February 4 2007, 5:12 pm:
Step one: rip open the packaging

Step two: peel off the plastic covers

Step three: stick to the inside of your underwear

It is also important to change your pads every four hours, so as to avoid TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome).

Good luck :) If you have any more questions, feel free to ask me.

Perhaps you could stick them in your underwear? If they have wings, bend them down to stick to the front of your bloomers. Remember to change them as often as you need, or every 4 hours.. whichever comes first. Changing them on potty breaks is a healthy and sanitary way to go about it. Just don't flush them down the toilet.
