Hey, does anyone have an account on IMVU the 3-D Chat? If you do I just have a few questions. What is the main purpose of it and what do you do? Is it like a myspace or completely different? Can you actually move the characters around? Lastly and most importantly how do you get credits? Do you actually have to pay money? I know it says it's free to sign up but than how do you get the credits? Thank you SO much in advance! Help is very much appreciated! =)

Christine1993 answered Saturday February 3 2007, 2:43 am: you meet people and chat and if you have a myspace page you can import stuff from your myspace to your imvu homepage. you cant move your characters around, but you can click them to different places..if you scroll the arrow over something and it has a small little chair icon right on it, then ur avatar can move to it. membership is free, but you can buy credits using a number of ways, but you can EARN free credits called 'promo' credits that you can NOT give away. you can buy clothes, more avatars, scenes to chat in, make up, hair, skin tones, items for your surroundings, pets and more.imvu is really fun and you only meet one person at a time.
