Actually, sperm does not come out the same tube as "pee" (urine). It comes out under the skin of the penis and out the hole of the skin. Your testicles produce semen (sperm/cum). ]
yes in fact its something called the vas deffrence witch your learn more about when you take health usually in 7th grade actually ur guys set up is pretty simple compared to ours hope i helped ]
What I think Alex is trying to tell you is that the tube that goes from your testicles to your penis and carries sperm goes through your urethra, which is the opening of the penis. It joins up with the urethra after the urethra leaves the bladder. This picture shows it, but ignore the severed vas deferens (this is an educational picture about vasectomy, or the big snip-snip).

So the urethra, or hole in your penis, can only be used for urine or for sperm at a given time. They use the same hole, but they take turns. Make sense?

There are two tubes that one comes from your bladder and one from the testes. You cannot pee and let out sperm at the same time unless the sperm has just been sitting there.
