You have nothing to fear as every penis is exactly like that. It is in fact a valve that does not open until such times as you release semen or urine.
Incidentally, incase you ever need to ask a medical question to your doctor about your penis that hole, the valve and the entire tube tself is called the urethra. The tube is the same for releasing semen and urine but it gets the semen from the testicals and bladder for urine.
