so i'm getting my braces off in less then a week
and i'm just wondering what exactly happens?
Like the process, and what if you have stains?!

Stains? Do you mean... the glue that made the brackets stay on? They remove that. And it goes away after you brush a few times and stuff. You're lucky you're getting your braces off! Enjoy. :]

if you have stains you can always get your teeth whitened and chew teeth whitening gum. crest white strips work too.

well i've never been throught it.
but my friend said it doesn't hurt. and it might feel slimy. and your most deffinatly wont be used to it. and they either whiten your teeth or chave them down a bit,to make them whiter were the stains were. but its different for everyones.its just like normal like when you change them every month but this time the brackets and back things come off. my friend got both and her teeth are like BAM! hah. oh and my other friend actually lost her back tooth when they got taken off,but thats rare so dont worry about it.unfortunatly i still have them on,and i'll need them on for another year. good luck!
