You won't lose your breasts unless you do intense chest and upper body workouts. Your butt will tone and become more firm, but it won't shrink. [ pockets's advice column | Ask pockets A Question ]
jkav22 answered Wednesday January 31 2007, 5:41 pm: Its not to hard to do, you might loose a little fat in your butt but you will gain muscle so you will get more of a bubble butt! Go to a gym they have certain machines that say "Abdominal Muscles" on them. Use this is makes your stomach tighter you will loose the weight in no time. BUT REMEMBER start out light then work your way up! [ jkav22's advice column | Ask jkav22 A Question ]
shortcake90 answered Wednesday January 31 2007, 5:34 pm: do situps, and RUN. you need aerobic exercise to lose pounds. situps only help you get abs. if you dont run and only do situps then you will get abs but they will be under all of that FAT. so, run or jog, and situps. If you want to tighten your butt ahah pedal backwards on a bike =) [ shortcake90's advice column | Ask shortcake90 A Question ]
