I would see a doctor & a counselor. Doctors can get you on some medicines to help control your anger, depression, pts, & anxiety. While a counselor can help you get in touch with your feelings.

Write or listen to music. That always helps me when I feel depressed.

I was diagnosed with PTS disorder. In my special situation, anti depressants made it worse. But, each person is different.

While on medication, I was one pissed off girl. I was hateful. After 2 1/2 years of being bounced from one anti depressant to another, I sought a second opinion. He took me off of the meds and was the doctor to diagnose me with PTS disorder.

It took a lot of soul searching and a couple of years, but I got passed it on my own.

When terrible things happen to us, they are sometimes hard to get over. And we can go through some serious personality changes that we feel we have no control over. I felt like an emotional roller coaster. I am assuming something terrible happened to you as well.

Like I said, it was something I had to get past on my own, in my own head. It's not easy to do- I wish it were. Once you find your own personal way to get over the bad stuff and put it in your past, you can learn to get your emotions under control. I did it, and I am a happy person again. It feels so good to not be controlled by something that somebody else did to me.

This may not be what you are looking for, but I thought I would pass to you my own experience.

And also, about the meds, each person is different. They weren't for me. I hated taking them because I felt they were making me worse instead of better. Which, happened to be the way it was in my situation.

P.S. If you aren't seeing a councilor, it may help you to do so. It will give you some one to talk to about your situation who sees it from an outside point of view.
