chrissabelle37 answered Wednesday January 31 2007, 4:03 pm: Hey. Well just wear jeans that aren't that tight because that would happen to anyone if their jeans were too tight for them =). It may be easier to just loose all your weight all together rather than just your back fat so just eat healthy, excercise, and that's pretty much it. Although, I did find this website that tells you how to loose back fat so here it is [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) After you've finished reading the first page just scroll down and hit next where it has the 1, 2, 3, 4. I guess that webpage could help us all so I'm gonna go continue reading, lol. I really hope this helped and good luck! =) [ chrissabelle37's advice column | Ask chrissabelle37 A Question ]
0NEL0VEEx answered Wednesday January 31 2007, 3:27 pm: well you can really only see a persons backfat when their jeans are too small.. so just don't wear jeans that like suffocate you lol. you can tone certain parts of your body.. like arms, or legs.. but not your back. just exercise regularly, maybe do some running, eat right, and don't wear reallllyy tight jeans =] lol you can go to www.toneteen.com if you want some info on exercising and eating right ♥ GL!. LM answered Wednesday January 31 2007, 3:12 pm: You could wear jeans that aren't as tight. They won't squeese your fat over the waistband as much.
You can't lose weight from one spot. But a healthy diet and a good amoubnt of exercise will help you "tone up" and eventually build more muscle. [ LM's advice column | Ask LM A Question ]
