stained teeth
I have a few stained teeth. Like.. there's red-orange ish scratch like marks on my teeth. Stained.. I had braces for like 3 years and my teeth were a bit stained where the glue stuff was.
How do i fix it without getting it bleached professionally [I don't have the money]
I don't smile because of it.
I would love to start smiling again.

You know what does wonders? Banking soda and salt! All you do is you get a little bottle and fill it with 1/2 banking soda and 1/2 salt. Then, shake it so everything is mixed together. After you're done brushing your teeth (with regular toothpaste), just put a little bit of banking soda/salt on your tooth brush and finish up with that. It works great and it REALLY does make your teeth whiter. You should see a difference.

Believe it or not, Crest White Stripes actually do work. Crest Whitening Rinse works too, but it burns your tongue.

You may think this is gross, but it's the only source of whitening I've ever used. I pre-rinse my teeth with Listerine Whitening for thirty seconds, then brush my teeth, then I mix a little hydrodgen peroxide with listerine and gargle. Just don't swallow. People are always asking me where I get my teeth whitened at.

I use crest white strips, and my best friend uses crest night effects, and we both have bright white smiles =)

well you could try whitening toothpaste but i know this may not work too well.
i have heard many great things about crest white strips. they're not too expensive and i heard they work miracles on teeth! there are other inexpensive bleaching methods too like that stuff you brush on your teeth that comes in little bottles. it may taste kind of bad but it gives results!
