i need to know if im having a misscarage

could someone please tell me what the symptoms of having a misscarage are. I had a baby 2 months ago and i've already had my period and been off it for two weeks and i woke up with some stomach cramps and bleeding.Please resopnd asap

Miscarriages are common. Are you sure you've resumed menstruation? Most women have lochia for up to six weeks after birth (that's bloody discharge that's kind of like a period). If you had your period two weeks ago, you should just be ovulating about now and it's not likely that an embryo would have had time to be fertilized and implant in your uterus and then miscarried. It's still possible, though.

Which is why you should call your OB/GYN now.
