I cannot seem to help my food intake or "craving" problem. I am not fat, only 115 pounds, but Im afraid if I keep up the cravings I will be heavier. I do dance and other sports, but I just want to be a little skinnier. The craving is so overwhealming it seems I can't stop it. I dont know what to do!
Thanks for you help!

If you do, then it was just a craving and you should go distract yourself with friends, or go on a nice walk, or go to the cinema, something to distract you. If you're still feeling hungry, chances are you might actually be hungry, eat a healthy snack with a friend or on your own if you can. If you ignore your cravings long enough, they will go away. there is really nothin you can do but work out
if you have the equipment you can run a mile on the treadmill, bike 2 miles,go on an elyptical for 30 minutes
lift some weights to.
i usually only work w/5-10 pounders
just make sure u keep it even. do 5 sets of 10 in whichever exercises you do. maybe go up a set every day
if you dont have equipment, you can buy a video. my friend has this bootcamp abs dvd, and it works.
they also have exercise routines you can do in seventeen magazine
you can do a search on google for exercises, thats where i get alot of the ones i do. they will show different types of leg lifts and stuff!
