Yes, use lots of lube and have him lie on his back. You get on top. Use your fingers or his to apply lube (get liquid KY or Astroglide or some high-quality. Not just lubed condoms and never anything with oil.). Apply lots of lube, and then guide his penis to your vagina with your hand. Insert it into yourself slowly, asking him not to buck his hips or thrust at all. Breathe if it hurts. If it hurts too much, get him out and try again in a few minutes. After a while, it'll be okay.
