a split

i really wanna learn how to do a split but can you learn? or is it either you can do it or you can't do it. if you can learn or is there a tecnique or way to do it can you help me out? thanks.

Hey. Some people are more flexible than others but you Can still learn to do one. You just have to stretch every day and pretty soon you'll get better and better. Just stretch both legs out in a straddle and one day you'll be able to go all the way. Or if you want the other kind of split just (as you may know) stretch one leg foward and one back. You'll be able to do it once you practice! =) I really hope this helped and good luck! =)

you wont be able to do it overnight,
but if you try,you will eventually be able to.
first you have to make yourself more flexible by stretching for about 20 minutes a day.
then when youre ready,get on the floor on one knee,with then other one extended forward.
then bring your other leg back and keeping your back straight,push down,but not to the point where you hurt yourself.
keep doing that and one day you will get all the way down on the floor.good luck :D

okay first get on the ground like ur going into a spil but lean foward and go on your elbows that is for a stattle and for a regular split try too do them 2 times a day and do it for 10-15 seconds and you will get better and better
