varsity_prep_xo answered Saturday January 27 2007, 12:48 pm: try putting them in the freezer in a big ziploc or something. i know it sounds crazy, but it works since the cold temperatures kill the bacteria. i heard this from one of my coaches in middle school. you could also try scrubbing the inside with baking soda. hope this works! *Kate* answered Saturday January 27 2007, 12:48 pm: Fill a nylon stocking with new kitty litter and put it in your shoes overnight. It should absorb the smell. You can also try putting your shoes outside overnight when it is really really cold to kill the bacteria. [ *Kate*'s advice column | Ask *Kate* A Question ]
