Pregnant??
Last time my boyfriend and I got together we did some risky things, but I didn't have sex exactly. He fingered me and I touched myself. I'm almost sure neither of us had anything on our hands. Now, its getting near my period and its different. normally, my breasts get very tender and that hasn't happened yet. Normally I'm very regular about this. I've been getting some slight cramps, and again that doesn't happen.
Does this mean something? Could I be pregnant because my period isn't happening as it usually is? Or am I just having an off month?

as for the one right below me you can get pregnant w/o sex.
it's rare; but it happens (like if he cums and it gets on your hands during a HJ or BJ)
but since you dont think there was any on your hands then i doubt that's it...
worring about it can sometimes make you late; so that might be part of it.
I'd suggest waiting a few days and see if you start; if not get an EPT.

you are probably just having an off months. even if you had anything on your fingers and touched yourself, or if he had anything on his, there's about a 5% chance of being pregnant. and since you said you're almost sure there was nothing on your fingers, that lowers YOUR chances to about 1%. now if you keep worrying missy, your period will play tricks on you and be late. as weird as that sounds, it's true. it goes by your moods. so stop worrying!! because there is such a slim chance you're pregnant, it'd be ridiculous to get worked up over this. next time, just be DEFINITELY sure there's nothing on your fingers so you don't have to worry =] ♥

You could head to the health department to get a test. They are free of charge. I wouldn't concern about it until you are 2 weeks late for your period.
FYI: A common pregnancy symptom is tender breasts, which you aren't having. But still, if you go 2 weeks late with no sign of period, go get tested.
