I am about 5'2 and weigh 180. 14/F.
I know it seems bad but I want to stop. I eat everything. Mostly junk but I don't know why because I'm not really that hungry I'm guess I'm just.....bored. I wan to lose weight but i don't know how and my family are never home so I don't want to talk about it because I've tried and forgot so I reminded them and forgot again. How can I lose weight without them knowing that I'm dieting. Any suggestions on what to do to get the weight off, and not just diet and exercise? More specific please.
runawayxlove answered Wednesday January 24 2007, 8:57 pm: hey, well keep yourself occupied. get involved in activities. that way you wont think about food. not to put pressure on you but at 5`0 your suppose to be 100 pounds. everytime you go up in height, your suppose to add 5 pounds. therefore you should be 110 pounds. thats 70 pounds to loose. i think that you should join a gym with a friend. its better to join with a friend because thats more motivation. you wont want to be embarassed so your going to give it your all while excersising. theres really notihng else because 70 pounds is a lot to loose by just keeping healthy and dieting. crunches will make you gain more muscle, but the fat will still be there.
