i have a pink sanyo 2400c i think its called.

1.How much does it cost to open picturemail?

2.i know you have to go on the internet to view the mail so how much is it getting on the internet on your phone?

i have sprint too. It depends on your plan, not really the phone. For picture mail for me, i think its five or ten dollars a month and thats for unlimited pictures in and out. and for internet you pay monthly as well, though not too much. I'm not exactly sure how much it is, but i wouldn't have it if it was expensive. Your best bet is to ask your parents (if they set up the plan) or just head in or call your nearest sprint store or radio shack and they'll be able to help you.
