my whole family doesn't have any weight problems at all really. i want to lose weight so badly because i've just started eating so unhealthy and i feel like i shouldn't change what i eat but instead try to exercise more. what can i do to get rid of my tummy? i weigh 140 and i'm 5'7/f and i feel like i'm obese. :( i keep gaining weight and i feel like i really need to buckle down and lose it. thank you!
Additional info, added Monday January 22 2007, 10:20 pm: at first i thought it was because i started eating school lunch but i stopped eating school lunch and i still keep gaining weight. i never eat breakfast because i'm so busy. i only eat lunch and dinner if that helps. ps and A LOT of snacks! :/. i have no idea what you look like but 5'7 is kind of tall so that might be part of why you way 140 which really isnt obese but if your really wanting to lose weight your going to have buckle down to a diet. [ illdomybest's advice column | Ask illdomybest A Question ]

You can have a couple snacks but not to many. So best thing to do is eat more healthy. If you don't want to go out and excercise then you can try out for some sport or activity. runawayxlove answered Tuesday January 23 2007, 3:24 pm: hey, well my doctor told me that at 5`0 your suppose to be 100 pounds and then every time you go up in height to add on 5 pounds. so that means at 5`7 your suppose to be 135 pounds. therefore, your only 5 pounds overweight for your height. so i wouldnt be to worry. maybe just run on a treadmill and that will take care of the 5 pounds. after that just tone yourself up a bit. gain some muscles. do crunches and lift weights. not like muscle man huge weights, but little lady weights. also at the grocery store there are things called weight watcher meals. there in the freezer section and there pretty good meals. they even make desserts.
