Stomach & thighs

I need help losing some unwanted weight before my school's spring formal. I need suggestions as to excercises i could do that focus on weight loss in my stomach and thighs... thanks.
this feels really awkward.

Running! Or some other type of cardio. activity. Crunches barely burn any calories, but they help. Squats & lunges should help.

You could try jogging about a mile to a mile and a half a day, and try leg lifts. (They'll help your abs and thighs.)
