headaches?

so basically sometimes when i shiver, not even like alot but just a little, it makes my head hurt. or like if im cold and i get in a hot shower.. my head hurts. is that normal? its been doin that for awhile now..

It's usually because your outside body tempeture is so drastically different then your inside body tempature, and your blood has to travel faster to warm up your body, which is why your head pounds. It's fairly normal, but if symptoms get intense, you should see a doctor for painkillers.
