is a chi really worth it? i straighten my hair basically everyday. how long do they last? is there any other straightener equally as good or almost for about $50-60 max? and please dont say ebay.

if you straighten your hair every day, a chi is definitley worth it. with other cheap hair straighteners, long term use can really damage your hair, and it takes FOREVER to recover (grow back healthy) plus chis take less time. and they're less likely to break! so yeah i would definitley save up for one :)

I have a Chi straightener and hell yess, they are definitly worth it, paying that 200 dollars will end up being ten times better then a cheap straightener that will end up breaking or be horrible.

ahh i love my chi! it is amazing and i have had mine for 3 years and it hasnt changed a bit. it is definatly work. and if you ask your hairdresser to get one and you pay her back or something, thats better because i got mine for $85 instead or $100+. hope i helped
