Make time for exercise. It will help you lose weight, but more importantly, it will help you be healthy. Besides, it can be fun!
Make sure you even need to lose weight. If you're in a healthy weight range--especially the low end of it--you shouldn't lose. Your body tends to know a weight it wants to be at and even if you lose five pounds, they'll tend to creep back on, in my experience.
I highly doubt you even need to lose weight. But if you're serious, make sure you exercise--and make sure you're actually eating healthily. It's easy to think you are, when you're really not--a can of pop per day, for instance, adds up. If you write down everything you eat for a few days, you might be surprised at how many calories you're actually consuming--just don't get obsessive about it. You're 13 and your weight should be the least of your concerns.
If you want to lose weight, exercise...go take a run. Eat healthy..fruits veggies white meat, and wheat bread. Stay away from sodas...that goes for diet sodas as well. Drink lots a water and real juices...(not juice cocktails because all it is is sugar)
Results won't be immediate, it takes a while to see results in every diet.
If this doesn't work for you, the best thing to do is talk to your doctor and she can help put you on a nutritional and balanced diet. [ becca08's advice column | Ask becca08 A Question ]
