okay well . i know that im pretty, alot of people tell me that i am pretty. but i just cant like myself. i always negative about myself. i feel like im not good enough for anyone. i dont know what to do. im alwatys depressed. i mean, i have alot of friends and all, but i dont know. life just isnt going great now. what should i do.
The important thing to realize is that we are ALL human, and none of us are perfect, sometimes thats hard for me to deal with to. I can be a perfectionist. But just keep in mind, we all make mistakes, get nervous, feel selfconsious atleast a million times in life, it gets better with practice, and learning to be yourself.

If you have alot of friends who really are your friends then you know people do like you. You just need to think to yourself that you are good enough for other people. Think about the good stuff about you. [ kiran's advice column | Ask kiran A Question ]

But, if you just feel sort of disapointed sometimes, try thinking about what you do like about yourself and your life. You said it yourself, you're pretty. When you look in the mirror, think about all of the girls that would kill to look like you.
good luck! :) [ holadoodle33's advice column | Ask holadoodle33 A Question ]

what i tried when i felt down, was that i listed all the people i know that love me, all of my talents that i have, and what i'm good at (which is basically the same thing). i found those tips in my school assignment book (yeah, i actually got bored enough to read them). but, i still found it pretty useful. i looked at myself differently after (in a positive way).
