feeel better about yourself. okay well . i know that im pretty, alot of people tell me that i am pretty. but i just cant like myself. i always negative about myself. i feel like im not good enough for anyone. i dont know what to do. im alwatys depressed. i mean, i have alot of friends and all, but i dont know. life just isnt going great now. what should i do.

Well I've felt like this before. I really have, and what I've found works, is look at things positively. It sounds hard, but really its not, when you find yourself thinking negatively, stop yourself, and say something good about yourself. Talk to friends, tell them how you are feeling. Talking to people helps A LOT!
The important thing to realize is that we are ALL human, and none of us are perfect, sometimes thats hard for me to deal with to. I can be a perfectionist. But just keep in mind, we all make mistakes, get nervous, feel selfconsious atleast a million times in life, it gets better with practice, and learning to be yourself.

Lots of people feel that way too. Its just life. Lots of people would probably die to be like you! If you have alot of friends who really are your friends then you know people do like you. You just need to think to yourself that you are good enough for other people. Think about the good stuff about you. ]
If you really feel sad all the time, you should talk to your parents about this. But, if you just feel sort of disapointed sometimes, try thinking about what you do like about yourself and your life. You said it yourself, you're pretty. When you look in the mirror, think about all of the girls that would kill to look like you.

try writing in a journal. it helps.
what i tried when i felt down, was that i listed all the people i know that love me, all of my talents that i have, and what i'm good at (which is basically the same thing). i found those tips in my school assignment book (yeah, i actually got bored enough to read them). but, i still found it pretty useful. i looked at myself differently after (in a positive way).
