Well, when you go to the Edit/Upload pictures link there is an option where you can choose who views your picture. You can set it so only you can see it. In addition, you can make your profile private by setting it so only people you have as friends can see your full profile. :)

hey, you could put like an msn icon as your default picture and make your myspace private. then once people accept you they can see the rest of your pictures and those can be pictures of you.

by hide do you mean so only you can see them? because if so the you go to where you uploaded them and it will say allow your photos to be viewable by only you or everyone. click only you, on mine i have it so i have pix but none of them are my default to do that you just don't click default for any of your pictures.... hope i helped
