a really big jerk.

Question Posted Tuesday January 16 2007, 4:05 pm

theres this kid in my math class who is a COMPLETE JERK. i mean he's really rude to everyone in the class and the teacher and he does whatever he can to try to keep people from learning. like he'll sit there and bang on his desk forever and the teacher tells him to stop but he won't. and i was going to sit in a chair and he saw me, he just pulled it away from me and sat in it himself. he's also failing that class really bad because he doesn't even try to listen or do homework, or anything. (i don't really care about that it's his decision) but are the any ways to teach him a lesson and show him how much of a jerk he is so he'll just stop? also, please don't tell me to go to guidance or talk to a teacher because i already did and they talked to him but he didn't change. thanks!

Truth be told there is not much you can do. It sounds like he comes from a Home without much dicipline. If this is the case the problem can only be fixed at his Home. I know that doesn't help much but, take a look at him, he is the way this world is heading FAST.

You really cant teach this jerk a lesson because you cant change anybody besides yourself...so when he does that ignorant stuff just try your best to ignore it and when he says rude stuff to you act like it dosnt bother you because that will only make him mad and just laugh it off make him feel stupid dont let it ruin your day!

OK well I have the same problem... theres a guy and he's like a Class Clown, who will do whatever it takes to get in trouble. Honestly, there just weirdos because they want attention.

I know you said this, that you already talked to a teacher. But here's what you should do...

talk to a teacher and give ideas to the teacher. Have the teacher call this guys house and leave a message, or bring up his rudeness in one of his parent/teacher conference. If he doesn't stop, complain to the teacher that you can't concentrate because of his rudeness. If you must... go to your school's principle and politely say that he's being a bother. Hopefully, they'll do something about this.

If they don't do anything about it, just ignore him! He's purposly doing this to get attention, and the last thing you want to do is actually GIVE him attention. So ignore him as if he was a wall.

I hope I helped!
