what is the box that i put the text (thats in the box)??
im veryy lost.
usually good with html stuff.
lol. please help?

what i meant was
im trying to add a background onto here
and i found the one i wanted on the list - http://www.advicenators.com/backgrounds.php.
it says to paste the URL of the one i want into the bg1 and bg2 option boxes
but i cant seem to find that.
sorry i wasnt very speific witht he first part.

Since you found a background you want on the Advicenators list, you just copy the code that is by the background. Once you got the link copied you go to "Column Settings." Then you just scroll down and you paste your code in both parts that say, "Page background image (URL)" and "Sidebar background image (URL)."
