how to get rid of oily skin

i have really oily skin and i use proactiv twice a day. i also use the jergens tanning for your face once a day after i clense my skin with proactiv. what could i do to make my skin less oily and does the jergens tanning cause oily skin? if it does, does anyone know of a face tanner that doesn't make your skin oily? thanks alot!

I have never heard of the brand that you have mentioned . But I am sure that Johnstones have brought out a face tanner taht has a cleanser in it. Also I would recomend the tanning wipes as they use less cream and are much better.

Please don't use the oil blotting papers! You see, the reason your nose is oily is because it's lacking oil so it's over producing. So if you take of the oil with blotting papers, it will make it worse.
Make sure you put oil free moisturizer on your oily areas often. Cleansing your skin with proactiv might even be causing this. The products are very drying.
I recommend a gently oil free cleanser, alcohol free toner, and a oil free moisturizer.

well i'm guessing that the tanning causes oily skin, try not using it for a little and see if it helps, but no i don't know of one that doesn't make your skin oily, sorry!
