This is absolutely not true. A woman gets pregnant when sperm enters her vagina. So if it touches your mouth (and stomach!), skin, etc - you aren't going to get pregnant.
However, you CAN catch sexually transmitted infections from giving a blow job - whether you swallow or not. To play safe, make sure the guy is wearing a condom.
