It is common to have bad dreams in early pregnancy? I think I might be pregnant. My first pregnancy, I had to have a DNC at 10 weeks, I had bad dreams. Is that common? If so, how long does it last? I hate to be scared! hahaha
Not a horror movie fan!

I know fairly early in my pregnancy, I had a dream that my baby's head was popping out of my belly button.
I know that I, who am a horror movie fan, have woke in the night from dreams that scared the holy crap out of me. I was too scared to get up and go to the bathroom for an hour one time.

Your dreams are probably stress-related, either because you're stressed about the pregnancy or fearful of a repeat miscarriage and surgery. :( Poor you. Are the dreams related to the pregnancy? Are they about the baby being born as a monster, etc? You can try relaxing, positive imaging and meditation before sleeping. You can also try writing a story about your perfect birth and reading it before you go to sleep. I think that you should confirm the pregnancy as soon as you can so that you can ease your mind either way. Good luck!
