When im playin in a basketball game my fce turns all red. and its not beacuse im tired cuz as long as i am running around i dont feel that my face is turning hot but then wen i take a break on the beanch i feel it being hot but im still not tired. ill drink water then after mins itll turn bac to normal.
Is there ny reason why it my face does that cuz no one elses does on my team or nybody else that we play against? and is there ny way to make it stop?

Darkhelp66466 answered Monday January 8 2007, 10:50 am: as far as i know there is no way to make the redness stop. i am no medical expert but i would say that its overheating or blood rushing to your face. when i do a lot of exercise my face gets red as well. it's nothing to be embarassed about. it just means that you are working really hard. so keep drinking water and take a break every once and a while and you should be fine. but if you really are worried about it, get your blood pressure checked or ask your doctoor about it. again i'm no medical expert but i dont think its anything to worry about.
