Well, I'm 13 almost 14. And I weigh around lets say 127, And I'm 5'0ft. I know I'm somewhat over weight. I'm just asking for healthy tips, for a 13 year old. Maybe to help me find easy recipes for my mom to cook for dinner? And good choices for breakfest since I can't have milk, cereal, or yogurt i get sick in the morning very easily. Any suggestions?
+ Wheat bread toasted with fat-free/light margarine/butter spread.
+ Whole grain bagel.
+ Various fruits [bananas, apples, pears, oranges].
+ Oatmeal.
+ Eggs [scrambled, sunny side up, whatever you prefer].
Dinner:
I love eating Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice frozen foods. They come in lots of different varieties of food and they are really good. My mom ate those for lunch and dinner and worked out at the gym for an hour and lost 15 pounds [post baby weight]. They are super good and come in foods like lasagna, pizza, spaghetti, alfredo, ect. They have a lot of protein in them and the right amount of fat and carbs so that you won't over-eat and so that the protein helps make you leaner and stronger. You can look for Healthy Choice [green boxes] and Lean Cuisine [white boxes] at your local grocery store in the frozen foods section.
