Well, I'm 13 almost 14. And I weigh around lets say 127, And I'm 5'0ft. I know I'm somewhat over weight. I'm just asking for healthy tips, for a 13 year old. Maybe to help me find easy recipes for my mom to cook for dinner? And good choices for breakfest since I can't have milk,cereal, or yogurt i get sick in the morning very easily. Any suggestions? well, im 5'4 and i weigh 108. im fine for my age. your just a tad over weight, but you can always change that. the healtiest way to help you loose pounds would be going on a diet. look on weight watchers and find out what foods you can eat.
